- Describe ways you’ve grown not to be automatically frightened by angry people.
- Describe ways you’ve grown not to automatically regard personal criticism as a threat.
- Can you identify times you are feeling your feelings around this trait rather than “dosing” yourself to numb and avoid those fears?
