The Flip Side of The Laundry List Trait 3: We are not automatically frightened by angry people and no longer regard personal criticism as a threat.

This week’s study questions are found on pages 27 and 28 of the Laundry Lists Workbook under the heading “Trait 3 Reflections: The Flip Side of The Laundry List”:

  1. Describe ways you’ve grown not to be automatically frightened by angry people.
  2. Describe ways you’ve grown not to automatically regard personal criticism as a threat.
  3. Can you identify times you are feeling your feelings around this trait rather than “dosing” yourself to numb and avoid those fears?
  4.
